The famous British luxury car maker Rolls-Royce is also participating in this competition. Their new luxury sedan car ‘Ghost’ is now ready to hit in the Indian roads. This new car is powered by 6.6 liter twin-turbo V12 engine and a new 8-speed automatic ZF gearbox with a peak power output of 563bhp at 5250rpm and a maximum torque of 780Nm at 1500 rpm. It includes anti-roll stabilization, dynamic brake control and dynamic stability control, dynamic traction control and cornering crake control. The interior space of this car is filled with natural light, boosted by an optional Panorama Sunroof. Four-zone automatic air conditioning, automatic air recirculation, condensation prevention and solar compensation, lounge or individual seating offer outstanding comfort for passengers. We can see our favorite movies through its 9.2in LCD screens which are located in the back of the front seats. It’s audio system delivers 600 Watts of sound through a 10-channel amplifier and 16 speakers including two floors-mounted subwoofers. USB and auxiliary inputs allow for the integration of external audio devices, while a 12.5 GB hard drive enables storage of music files from USB or CD player sources. It can detect even the smallest of changes with its pleasing air suspension system. In addition, it also includes rear, front side and top view cameras, Night Vision camera, Head-up Display, Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Assistance, Adaptive and directional headlights and Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go Active Brake Intervention. The price of this car is Rs 2.5 crore and expects that the first delivery of this car will be happening in the first quarter of 2010.
